Conquer & Cure Newsletter

We hope you enjoy this issue of Conquer & Cure, a periodic online newsletter published by the Massachusetts Prostate Cancer Coalition. The newsletter provides current news, regional information, research, and web-based resources about prostate cancer for newly diagnosed individuals, survivors and their families, as well as for health care professionals.


    MPCC welcomes new members of the Medical Advisor Committee. Dr. Jason A. Efstathiou, Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Paul Nguyen, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Dr. Matthew Smith, Massachusetts General Hospital have recently joined this group of doctors that advise MPCC on the annual symposium and other relevant topics during the course of the year.

    MPCC would also like to thank Dr. Clair Beard for her many years of service on MPCC’s Medical Advisory Committee!!

    Thanks also to MPCC Board Members Howard Goldstein and Brooks Watt, MD,who have announced their resignations from the Board. The MPCC Board accepted these resignation with regret and profound gratitude for their service.
